The 2013 Eliminator Boats 28′ Speedster is a breathtaking twin-supercharged performance catamaran, purpose-built for extreme speed and precision handling. Powered by a pair of Chevrolet-based 555ci V8 inboards built by Larry’s Engine & Marine of Tucson, Arizona, this boat achieved a verified top speed of 174 mph during initial testing in 2013.
Purchased by its current owner in 2022, this Speedster remains in outstanding condition and is titled in Montana. The 28-foot fiberglass catamaran hull, measuring 9 feet in beam, features Eliminator’s signature aerodynamic design and a vivid yellow, orange, and red finish with flame graphics — a striking visual statement that matches its performance.
Each of the 555ci V8 engines is equipped with a Whipple supercharger and MSD ignition system, producing approximately 1,050 horsepower per engine. Power is routed through dual Imco Marine SCX4 outdrives — blueprinted by E-Ticket Performance Boats of Lake Havasu City, Arizona — and finished with 16.5″ Hering five-blade stainless-steel cleaver propellers, providing exceptional thrust and stability at high speeds.
